Before the car is picked up for point-to-point, outbound/inbound seaport, and outbound/inbound airport transfers, all chauffeured services must be canceled within three (3) hours. Within six (6) hours in the case of vans and SUVs. It is necessary that you rent a limousine within twelve (12) hours. For party buses, minibuses, and stretch SUVs, within twenty-four (24) hours. In a maximum of 48 hours for motor coaches. Note that cancellations made within the above-mentioned time periods of the scheduled pick-up time will result in full charges, which include relevant parking and toll fees in addition to the STC charge.

If a pickup takes place somewhere other than an airport or port, there will be a waiting time charge after the first fifteen minutes of the predetermined time shown on the run sheet. Furthermore, there will be a waiting period for airport pickups that take longer than 30 minutes after arriving; for overseas arrivals, this waiting period is 45 minutes after landing.
Further stops range in price from $20.00 to $60.00+, contingent on the vehicle type and location. An airport transfer or a point-to-point transfer doesn’t involve any more stops. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the dispatcher who takes reservations over the phone will provide you an estimate that does not include extra stops. For seaport pickups, the charges are determined by adding 15 minutes to the wait time. From the moment of pick-up until the time of drop-off at the destination, all hourly rates are computed. Using the designated pick-up time as a base, we compute all wait time rates. Mileage reservations will incur a port fee of $10.00 (this amount is already included in hourly reservations). There may be additional cancelation conditions, prolonged minimums, and special pricing on particular days or events, including national holidays. Unless otherwise specified, payment for all ground transportation services must be made before the conclusion of each trip.
It is never permitted to smoke. Throughout the period of the rental, the customer—who is also in charge of each guest—will be liable for any damage the client or any member of their party causes to the vehicle. It is against the law for passengers under the age of 21 to use drugs or drink alcohol. Any penalties will be the customer’s responsibility. If there is obvious irresponsibility on the part of the client or clients, the driver is entitled to end the run without providing a refund. Standing through the sun roof is forbidden. The driver is entitled to quit the employment and forfeit the fare if any passenger smokes inside the vehicle.
It is advised that all valuables and personal items be taken out of the car. In addition to luggage, Genesis rental services does not assume liability for any misplaced, pilfered, or damaged personal property.
Without the fleet manager’s permission, chauffeurs are not allowed to change scheduled times, pick-up or destination addresses, or routes. Passengers must meet the chauffeur outside the Seaport’s security area, unless otherwise instructed. Unless otherwise specified, guests who are being picked up at an airport must meet the driver at the security checkpoint. Genesis rental services disclaims all liability for delays or cancellations in the winter due to unfavorable road conditions (such as unsalted roads, collisions, etc.), heavy traffic, inclement weather, etc. If a mechanical breakdown occurs while the vessel is being chartered, the Company will solely be held accountable.
No vehicle may be packed heavier than what can fit in its seats. Additional passengers will incur additional fees, provided that the vehicle’s capacity has not been surpassed.
Clients of Genesis Rental Services agree to pay all fees as specified; failure to do so may result in criminal prosecution. If someone contests any of the charges made under this contract, they will face the harshest legal consequences. The employer is alerted in order to garnish earnings in order to pay the debt, and local authorities are advised of fraudulent credit card use as part of the prosecution. Genesis Rental Services shall be right to recover all costs, damages, and expenses, including attorney fees, in the event that Genesis Rental Services is obliged to take any action to administrate or carry out this agreement. These terms, which control how the customer uses Genesis Rental Services, are a contractual and legally binding contract between the client and Genesis Rental Services. By utilizing the services, clients consent to be bound by these terms of service. Additionally, Genesis Rental Services maintains the right to alter any terms as it deems suitable, and clients who continue to use our services signify their agreement of any modifications.
I hereby authorize Genesis Rental Services to charge me for the above accredited services as specified in my account or reservation, whether I make my reservation over the phone or online. Furthermore, I am aware that by making a reservation over the phone or online, I consent to the terms and conditions, the disclaimer, and the Federal Digital Security Act. Every trip has a cancellation policy in effect. As stated at the beginning of the terms of service, the deposit will be forfeited if Genesis Rental Services within the time frame assigned for the trip.
